Our brief was centred around the motto “One Club, One Community, One Town.” Leveraging our longstanding association with our hometown club, we were tasked with rebranding and relaunching the Bolton Wanderers Community Trust (BWCT). The goal was to better reflect the incredible work the Trust does within the community, ensuring that the brand resonated more strongly with local residents and key stakeholders.
The project involved numerous meetings, brainstorming sessions, staff workshops, and stakeholder presentations, all carefully planned and collaboratively hosted with both ourselves and the BWCT team. These sessions were crucial in understanding the essence of the Trust’s mission and how best to convey it through the rebranding process.
The outcome was a brand repositioning that seamlessly aligns with the club’s existing brand guidelines and personality, while also standing out in its own right. This new brand identity is not only cohesive with Bolton Wanderers’ overall image but also emphasises the Trust’s unwavering commitment to community engagement and support.
The rebranding has been a project we are exceptionally proud of, as it underscores the strong bond between the club, the Trust, and the community. It highlights our shared dedication to fostering a sense of unity and belonging within the town.
